Contact us if two or more of these red flags exist regarding the claim:
- Fakes or exaggerates his/her injuries
- Collects benefits for injuries that were not work-related
- Double-dips, or continues to collect benefits after returning to work
- Engage in activities that are inconsistent with their injuries

- Information from a reliable source regarding fraudulent behavior
- The report of the injury is not timely
- The claimant is a new or disgruntled worker
- There are no witnesses to the alleged injury or the only witnesses are the claimant's "close" co-workers
- Inconsistent or illogical description of incident
- Injured worker is consistently difficult to contact
- Injured worker acts upset when contacted
- Suspicious injury that happens on Monday or Friday or around a vacation
- The claimant has a poor attendance record and discipline issues
- The claimant is having financial difficulties or may be living beyond his/her means
