As prior law enforcement, our training and experience allows us to recognize where any law enforcement errors or omissions may have occurred.  We possess interview skills which help us gain more insight into the client's statement, the alleged victim's statement and the witnesses' statements.  We also identify additional witnesses, develop a list of all evidence not provided in the discovery process, and explore the incident via all angles and perspectives.  We are committed to uncovering any and all exculpatory evidence needed for an acquittal. TRIAL PREP
When a trial is imminent, our investigative expertise will prove to be a necessary tool in preparing for voir dire and moving forward in court proceedings. Evaluating potential jurors is more of an art than a science and will vary extensively based upon the facts of the case. With our intimate knowledge of the case, we can conduct the appropriate research on all prospective jurors and provide you with organized notes for reference during the jury selection process. We believe our pretrial research can be an extremely helpful tool in identifying the profiles of the ideal and most dangerous jurors for the case.
